He Talks!

Verbal communication with the LMM has moved to a higher level.

Morning:
Travis: "Murk! Murk!"
Mami Bel: "It's Mi-elk, MILK, not Murk!"

After milk....
Mami Bel: " You want Oats? Oats?"
Travis: shakes head and says "Cheeze! Cheeze!" trying to pry open the fridge persistently

After eating Oats (Mami asks for fun. He always has to eat his oats anyway.)...
Travis: "Papa!"
 Mami: "Papa is sleeping dear."
Travis: "Papa!" ignores Mami and walks to the bed and tries to climb into it

After everyone ate breakfast
Travis: "Park! Park!"
Mami: " ok, pack your toys"
Travis: walks over and puts his things into the toy box, places the storybooks on the side table
and then heads to the shoe cabinet to look for his shoes

Amazing!

The Playground (aka by LMM as "Park!")

Every weekend morning, we'll take the LMM to the park to give him a good workout.  He climbs the steps, sits the slide, chases the birds, picks up the leaves and talks to the other children at the playground.

This is the only way to tire him out without tiring ourselves out for now.

2008 Day out with Grandpa and Grandma

We started the afternoon with porridge at Maxwell Market.

Then we went to Vivo City. Travis pictured here with Mami and Grandpa. In case you are wondering where in Vivo is this.. its Toys'R'us... where else????

Tired of pulling toys out of the LMM's hands, we went for a coffee break.

Then the LMM feel into a deep slumber...

Like this......snore.....

And we cheered....!
